Before contacting us, please read the FAQ below as we are only able to help with certain questions after a set amount of time has passed after your purchase.
- How long is the delivery time?
Since we ship our products worldwide shipping times vary. 1-5 day processing time applies to all orders and regular shipping times are 12-20 days for the USA and anywhere from 13 to 60 days for the rest of the world.
- Where is my package?
We apologize if you are experiencing delays in your shipment. Customs, delivery company issues or other problems might affect the delivery time. We provide tracking code with every order, but at certain times it might not update for an extended period of times. If your package does not arrive in 6 weeks we always investigate to the fullest extent and are usually able to send a replacement or issue a full refund (please keep in mind that we cannot investigate if this period has not passed).
- Only a part of my order has arrived. Where is the rest?
Please note that if you order several items from us they might be shipped in several packages. In this case, each package will have a separate tracking number and a separate delivery date. So please don’t worry if you have only received a part of your order, the rest is coming soon.
- My tracking information has not updated in a while. Is there a problem?
In most cases, there is nothing to worry about. Tracking can take 5-10 days to update after the shipment and there is usually a longer period where the tracking code does not update while the product is in transit between the countries. In rare cases, it might take up to a month for the code to update if the delivery company experiences any issues. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
